Fields added to EXCLUDED FIELDS on an object should be removed from UI

Currently, fields that are not used or created by accident need to be removed from each profile and excluded from the schema.

If you fully exclude a field from the reporting schema then it is still present in the UI but will throw errors to the user if touched. The desired behavior would be to hide all fields FROM SELECTION on Views creation, Filter creation, and Widget creation (as well as security rules and workflows and other areas of the product) so make a simple universal field hiding mechanism as oppose to excluding the field and then reconfiguring all profiles individually.

I would like to clarify the need for this feature more specifically: You MUST have a profile associated to a field, you cannot have an unassociated field. Not possible (through the UI).

Since I can fully exclude a field from the schema it requires that I create a dummy profile in order to properly isolate/remove those fields from visibility otherwise it will be used by a user and throw errors.
