Allow Archive to convert to CSV without license for Test Data

We have to provide files extracts for areas in the business.  We would like to have the ability to give a CSV file extract of the data. Currently, you have to have a different license to run Optim Convert. We would like to be able to run Optim Convert for an archive file to a CSV file without requiring the additional license.  We do not need the column map function.  Only the ability to convert to CSV.  The functions you provide for LOBs and to split the file is also very good for that. We would want the ability to use that as well. The only item I would change is the requirement on the table map to select a DBALIAS.  In our case, the DBALIAS does not exist anymore and never did on the server where the archive is stored.  It does not make sense for a convert option since you are not mapping it to a database - only a CSV file.
