Enable support for worksheet function DefineCalc in Websheets

In an enterprise Planning Analytic model, reports are often presented in PAW and in a structured way. I.e. there are timescales, approval hierarchies etc etc, formal processes.

In other words, it isn't users making things up on the fly.

A cornerstone of reporting are Custom reports created in Excel and then presented in Planning Analytics Workspace. The function DefineCalc allows for great flexibility when creating custom reports and avoids the need to build hierarchies and consolidations.

However, because DefineCalc is not supported in websheets this means they cannot be used for reports in Planning Analytics Workspace, which means they cannot be used in the formal reporting of many organisations, as these are presented in PAW.

This means the scope of DefineCalc is severely limited.

One of the selling points of Planning Analytics is that it can move organisations away from excel based applications, but having such a powerful function only available in Excel contradicts this message.

These limitations make DefineCalc almost next to useless in my opinion.

Moved to future consideration. Support for the DefineCalc function in Websheets will be considered for the 2024 roadmap or beyond.
