Sync Scroll in PAW

On cube views that are synced to same group, an option for 'sync scroll' would enable users to scroll on a cube view and another view would also scroll in sync at the same time.

Updated status to future consideration. This is already an idea the product team has considered. There are some complications to consider. For example, what if one of the views has zero suppression enabled and the other view does not. It might make more sense to have a single cube viewer that can display multiple views (from cubes with common dimensions on the row or column axis) where properties such as zero suppression, formatting, and even calculations are based on members of the first view in the cube viewer.
