Option to collapse/hide the tab navigation bar in PAW books

Current Behavior:

Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) allows report authors to set the tab navigation bar orientation to top, bottom, left, or right. Positioning the tabs on the left side is ergonomically ideal for navigating books with many sheets. However, the left-aligned tab panel takes up a permanent, significant portion of horizontal screen real estate. Currently, there is no option for users to collapse, hide, or minimize this tab navigation panel while working on a sheet.

Proposed Enhancement:

Provide a toggle button (e.g., a collapse/expand arrow icon or pin/unpin button) that allows users to show or hide the tab navigation bar on demand.

  • When collapsed, the tab navigation should either hide completely or minimize into a slim icon bar/drawer.

  • When expanded (or hovered over), the full tab names should become visible again for easy sheet switching.
