Proactive warning Message

The enhancement we would request is to prevent the problem at its source. If some action will cause any object to fail for any reason (including migration), such action should be prevented. At the very least, some sort of warning should be provided upfront before too much effort is invested.

This idea is to vague to execute on. Status changed to not under consideration. In many cases it's not possible, or will not be performant, to check is the action will be successful before performing the action.

Updated enhancement request to future consideration. I agree that we need some sort of utility that can identify books with broken links (outside of the context of LCM). I think we could extend this idea to also apply to model objects (the case where a book points to a cube, dimension, or subset that has been renamed or deleted)
