PAW Lifecycle Snapshot allow for incremental migration of worksheets with Action Buttons

Scenario: Client has many PAW workbooks each with Action buttons which navigate to other workbooks.

Problem: If client wants to change only one workbook, they are unable to migrate only this workbook as the navigation links which reference this updated workbook "break". (eg Case TS005379155)

Current Workaround: currently only option is to migrate all workbooks with action buttons (which is all of them) causing considerable overhead.

Proposed Solution: enhance current Lifecycle management snapshot functionality

Changed to future consideration. This will not be part of the Planning Analytics 2021 roadmap.
