This portal is to open public enhancement requests against products and services offered by the IBM Data & AI organization. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).

This idea is not currently under consideration. We are not planning any additional integration specific to displaying CA content in PAW.
You can embed CA web pages within PAW using the Web Page widget. However at present the CA web page must use HTTPS. HTTP links are not currently allowed in PAW. (I've recently created an idea for this... https://ibm-data-and-ai.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/PAOC-I-952)
In CA you can definitely embed PAW web pages within a CA report. I'd recommend using CA reports as opposed to CA dashboards as my experience with dashboards is that they are good with tabular date but not so great with OLAP data yet.
You can embed the url within an iframe to control the presentation and use PAW URL API (https://ibm.github.io/planninganalyticsapi/#introduction) to pass context for the PAW page. Taking this approach can make using the two applications look seamless.
If you encounter issues embedding PAW pages within Cognos Analytics you will need to ensure that the site has been allowed. See this link... https://www.ibm.com/docs/sr/cognos-analytics/11.1.0?topic=settings-setting-samesite-attribute-cookies
