support for CHG_UPD_TO_DEL_INS=Y in Q-replication z/OS

we are on DB2 z/OS V12R1M509 and are migrating our applications from SQL-replication to Q-replication. we have multiple applications which use Non-Condensed, Non-complete CCD targets and are built around using IBMSNAP_REGISTER CHG_UPD_TO_DEL_INS=Y feature in SQL-replication.

Currently this feature not supported in Q-replication and we have paused the migration process as we do not have any alternative solution without forcing applications to perform a complete rewrite of logic.

Our applications are dependent on “capture updates as pairs of inserts and deletes” option as they use IBMSNAP_OPERATION column in their ETL code and also several reporting queries with only D and I as permitted options.

Please can you provide this feature in Q-replication as well to enable smooth transition from SQL-replication to Q-replication for DB2 z/OS
