Provide out-of-the-box Prometheus Exporters which invoke Safer Payments APIs and convert to a Prometheus format required by external Monitoring Solutions

Each client needs to integrate Safer Payments with their external Monitoring Solution. In the case of the Federal Reserve the monitoring solution is Grafana.

The following are standard Safer Payments APIs that on many projects need to be integrated with the external monitoring solution.

It would be really helpful if Safer Payments had out-of-the-box Prometheus Exporters that invoked the APIs below and converted the results into a Prometheus format that can be consumed by Grafana and other external monitoring solutions that are Prometheus based.

c) Safer Payments Cluster Status API: https://IP:PORT/{"request","getInstancesTable"}

e) Getting FLI Status API: https://IP:PORT/{"request","getFashLinkStatusTable"}

f) Get Alarm Status Indicators API: https://IP:PORT/{"request","getStatusAlarmIndicatorsDisplay"}
