Currently
In SP menu 'System / configuration' > 'Case Investigation' there are two limits
- a 'Records limit at'
- a 'Group By query accounts limit'
These limits are set for all the SP roles/users without distinction

Drawback
These two thresholds are the same for all the roles of our users (technical users , functional users, internals , externals). Consequently, we limit these two values to the minimum value for all the users, diminishing the API relevance for our main user.

Idea
Set these parameters under User Management / roles from the administration's tab, linking different values to different roles.

Improvement
Our technical profiles will be limited to a few lines max for their exports meanwhile our business experts will be authorized to a few thousands..
