RTM needs a more extensible logging service which user can define logging based on various situation

Currently, the debugging in RTM is not unified . For example, we can open cacti debug in RTM web gui. But we need to run command manually to enable poller dubug. If we want to have the poller.php debug information, we need to modify the /etc/cron.d/cacti file manually.
There are many open source logging service such as log4j. RTM can adopt it to enable debug mode or log mode based on the situation.
By this, it can improve the product's flexibility and user can define log mode by themselves.

Zhi Yuan Liu, we are currently looking into Cacti 1.x. If we adopt Cacti 1.x, we will by virtue of that, have the ability to debug at multiple levels. We will still have to add some logging capabilities at the grid* data collectors as a separate project, but by upgrading to Cacti 1.x, we will have a much higher level of debug control. Timing is TBD per IBM rules.
