job group management improvement

Hello,
checking log file of RTM server, we found a recurrent warning triggered by too many job group for one of our LSF cluster. this highlight that we cannot have more than ~7000 job group for a cluster, the impacted cluster having ~30k explicit job groups.

In this cluster, we found plenty of job groups that what not used since years.
checking more deeper, we found that many job groups have very big number of records in the lsb.events file: for ex, some of them have more than 100000 GRP_ADD/CTRL records. For a 1.8 Million records lsb.events file, we found 1.2 M GRP_* records for less than a 1000 active job groups !

Can you please provide some extra features to manage job groups:
a parameter to define an explicit job group TTL ?
a new option to the bgdel command to clean up all job groups not used since a duration ?
change the behavior of the lsb.events to not multiply GRP_ * records for the same job group.
