Make hostgroups a valid parameter for all commands which also accept hostnames as parameter

Many LSF commands accept a hostname as parameter (bhosts, lshosts, lsload ecc.) to show the results only for the named hosts. Not all of them also accept a hostgroup as parameter (bhosts does, lshosts and lsload don't). To show the results for hostgroups for these commands requires additional scripting. All commands which operate on hosts should also be able to operate on hostgroups.

Where appropriate, we have added hostgroup support to commands in Service Pack 13

This one is a bit of a legacy design decision. LSF is essentially two layers...base (lim+res and the ls* commands) and batch (mbd+sbd and the b*). Host groups are defined in the batch layer and not available in the base layer. While conceptually simple, changing this behaviour is quite complicated.
