Increase LSF Explorer auto log out time value

We are using LSF Explorer 10.2.0.9, while running queries for data older than 3-4 weeks which takes more time LSF Explorer auto logs out(300 seconds) while the query is still running in the background.

In TS003951590 the concerned IBM support personnel suggested to raise an RFE for this.

Please update for any additional details

Excerpt from TS003951590

Hi Sudhir,

Since OM has appoved the request and a project has been logged to development, I will go ahead and close the case now.
Kindly let us know the number after you have logged RFE.

Thanks,
Zhi Yuan Liu

Hi Sudhir,

Thanks a lot for your update.
We are now discussing this issue internally with development and OM. However, OM is out of office until next Monday. So probably we will provide you next update in middle of next week.

Thanks,
Zhi Yuan Liu

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Re: [case TS003951590] LSF Explorer GUI error - evaluating 'cc[ca].style"

Hi Zhi Yuan Liu,

I can agree with default 300 secs auto logout.

In cases where user is running a query, there is an API call or a socket is opened and if it is taking over 300 seconds then LSF Explorer should not auto logout or time out, the user is still awaiting for data/information from LSF Explorer.

Upon auto logout the user will login back to LSF Explorer and try to run the same query again, if multiple users do this it would create unnecessary load and lead to multiple queries to elastic search for 1 set of data. I think this needs to be addressed either by enforcing how many active queries can a user run at once else the auto logout will cause undesired issue/s

Thanks,
Sudhir
