Add Memory Statistics to Daily Statistics

When I wrote the daily statistics interface years ago, I had very little comprehension of the concept of Memory Efficiency, and therefore did not add memory_reserved, and mem_used, and max_memory to the daily statistics tables. But in todays HPC, memory is as important if not more important than CPU utilization and as such, it is really needed in the RTM daily statistics tables and interfaces.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. We truly value our relationship with you and appreciate your willingness to share details about your experience, your recommendations, and ideas.

IBM has evaluated the request and has determined that it cannot be implemented at this time, has been open an extended time without gaining community support or does not align with our current strategy or roadmap. If you would prefer that IBM re-evaluate this decision, please open a new Idea.

To add onto this. A similar column to the Wall Time and GPU Wall Time that used the memory reservation wall time would be helpful. A job that reserves 15GB and runs for 10 hours would be 150GB/hours. This is independent of the actual memory consumed but rather the memory that was reserved and thus unavailable for other jobs to schedule to use. This would align with those other Wall Time metrics.
