Spectrum LSF's k8s support

Spectrum LSF used to provide an adapter for k8s as a container orchestration to use with LSF's job scheduling as its add-on function, which is withdrawn now. The customer would like to restore it so they could improve portability/availability and save server resource and operational costs / shorten the LSF implementation, since they normally use k8s as their standardized platform.

Please clarify the actual use cases for this.

LSF clusters are typically larger than K8S clusters.

Once LSF is running "as a pod", then the jobs themselves cannot be containers - as this would require a container within a container, which is not allowed in openshift.
