custom cgroup settings

We need to enable cgroup in a custom method. Currently , these settings are for all servers in cluster.

LSF_PROCESS_TRACKING=Y
LSF_LINUX_CGROUP_ACCT=Y

I dont want to enable it for all servers as I know some servers which run specific jobs will always keep some sstale pointers even after the job is done. without enabling cgroup , these jobs runs fine.
When I enable ccgroup, these jobs will never exit.

So I need to disable cgroups based on servers, queuses or jobtypes.
So in the same cluster there should some machines which are cgroup enabled and some are not.

    This RFE has been discussed internally several times and we feel that it would make administration and the use of the cluster more complex as applications would behave differently on different hosts. As such, we are declining this RFE.
