Enable long path in spectrum symphony product since its now enabled only 260 characters

Issue details as below

Background – CITI MQA team is looking to enhance the functionality which required our package to compile and  build DLL files  during run time. EQCalcnodeGridService package based on the type of calculation compiles  and builds the DLL  which is used for task calculation. This approach causes additional computational cost if the DLL is not available on the worker host and task failures due to incomplete  creation of files linked to space or other system issues. To resolve this instead of building them during runtime MQA team is building  them separately and then added to the  existing EQCalcnodeGridService package that’s deployed during the release process as most don’t change that often.

 

Problem – Unzip utility within the worker hosts which extracts our EQCalcnodeGridService package fails because it cannot handle long path names . The utility is unable to extract  the new additional files that are  included the package for e.g  CompoBskBSDeltaHedgeSwap-9fd03a06718d2c184fc20e6de4003547-Ox-Release\ CompoBskBSDeltaHedgeSwap-9fd03a06718d2c184fc20e6de4003547-Ox-Release.dll due to long path name. This entire path has more than 260 characters which is not getting deployed in symphony product.
