Support Adding additional network-only credential into SI running on Windows

Enhance IBM Symphony/EGO Service Instance (SI) execution on Windows to support a secondary network-only credential in addition to the existing Run As account.

This would allow an SI to continue running locally under its configured Windows account while using a separate Active Directory identity for network authentication when accessing remote resources such as SMB shares, SQL Server, REST services using Integrated Authentication, and other Kerberos/NTLM protected services.

The problem is that we had to run local account for our cloud based workload without AD integration, but we would like to give it the network identify with a different AD account password, so that it could use it to handle authorization of remote resource like a on prem data source needing Kerberos. and the network identify password should be fetched from internal ego password registry with Symphony.

something like - both account has passwords fetched within Symphony so we dont need to populate the password externally.

Run As(Inpersonation) Account:
.\GridRunner_Local

Network Credential (NETONLY):
CORP\GridRunner_ADAccount
