[SDK and API] - Client connection HA - Client connection API should be resilient when SD's crashing, or failover or network glitch

When SD's experiencing some issues(eg. SD core dumping, SD failing over, or network or glitches), the symphony client should be having retry mechanism, instead of aborting.

    .Symphony 7.3 release had confirmed the client connection including initial connection has the retry mechanism implemented when connection failure happens with middle ware.
