.The Siteminder plug-in code is owned by customer. Symphony maintains backward compatibility. The Siteminder plugin works in 6.1 should continue works in Symphony 7.2.

Explain why SSO SiteMinder is important to Citigroup?
[KM] The current Symphony version 6.1.1 is configured with SSO plugin and CITI decided to go with the same SSO setup with 7.2 upgrade.
Explain why AD Kerberos and other security plugin doesn't meeting Citigroup's requirement?
[KM] For now CITI decided to go with existing SSO authentication process.
