More functions for REST API to meet citi's business requirement

The idea is that the REST API should have the functions to inquiry Symphony common information but it doesn't have so far.

The three commands I listed are just samples. We won't be able to list all of them. Your side should know what inquiry commands are used for Symphony operations day to day.

Background:
Citigroup is currently investigating REST API and they found current REST API doesn't support some common functions in their daily use cases. For example:

1. egosh activity list -ll ==> Current REST API only support to get one activity.

2. egosh resource list -ll ==> Current REST API can only get all host names.

3. soamview command ==> It only can list apps related to MapReduce, not all the apps in “soamview app”.

Citigroup is implementing their Symphony cluster monitor tools by using ELK technologies. It will increase the performance if we could index JSON data directly to ELK cluster rather than transfer the CLI command output to JSON format.
