Impossible to edit non-Docker params on the application profile, without Docker entitlements

we have a customer that does not have the entitlements below assigned to his role( expected ):

SOAM_CONFIGURE_DOCKER_SERVICE_ OS_EXECUTION_USER
SOAM_ADD_DOCKER_MOUNT_VOLUME

The problem is, if they have a container definition created and assigned in their application profile, they cannot edit the application profile anymore. Even in configurations NOT related to Docker.
The permission issue is:

Failed to register the specified application profile. : Security error: User does not have privileges to perform this action, the specified consumer does not exist, or the VEMKD service was not active during permission checking. This operation requires permission for consumer . Check the VEMKD status if permissions are correct.

We need this fixed as we don't want to add those entitlements to consumer's role but we need to continue to allow them editing other configurations of the application profile not related to docker.

If we as ADMIN remove the container definition, they are able to edit their application profile normally.

To reproduce:
Create an deploy a symphony application with Docker enabled ( at least one container definition ).
With a user with a role assigned that DOES NOT have Docker entitlements permission , try to edit anything in the application profile ( not related to Docker ).
After click in save, the error above will happen.
I am available for any additional question.
