Better integration with H2O

Currently Watson Studio's H2O plugin only allows to launch one single-node of H2O "cluster".

This wouldn't fit any data sets that we have available to create models on.

Would be great to have ability to launch an H2O cluster from DSX UI - with more than one node.

Also, that multi-instance / multi-node H2O cluster could reside in either

- DSX'es Kubernetes cluster locally

- or on a remote Hadoop cluster (as a yarn application)

For the latter case, H2O supports "external" yarn cluster, to which you can connect from a Spark session for example (Sparkling Water supports this too), or from python / R applications.

Hi Ruslan - H20 integration with 2.x releases of Watson Studio Local will be programmatic, not relying on UIs. Is launching from a UI with cluster options the requirement, or would a programmatic solution suffice?
