I propose adding an AI-Powered Legacy Java Modernization with Integrated Observability Insights capability to watsonx Code Assistant for Enterprise Java to help organizations make more informed modernization decisions by connecting Java code analysis with real-world application runtime behavior.

This enhancement would provide developers with integrated observability insights that correlate legacy Java components with application usage, performance patterns, service dependencies, runtime behavior, and potential modernization impact. AI-powered analysis could help identify which components are heavily used, performance-sensitive, highly connected, or potentially higher-risk candidates for modernization.
