Pease enable ICU Normalization Character Filter.

Currently the search in Discovery collection is case sensitive for English word while we search in Japanese collection.
There are customers whose document has many trademarks or service names in Alphabet characters in which case we want to search them regardless the lower or upper case. (For the example, LaLa is the customer's service name where it normally searched by "lala" or "Lala" so it won't be found by Discovery service.

    Sorry but I'll withdraw this idea as it looks that the ICU Normalization for Japanese WDS configuration has been added since Dec/18/2017. I was using collection which was created prior to that date.
