Support DESC keyword for describing schema objects

Simple request: Support the DESC keyword commonly used by other databases as a synonym for the wordy 'INFO COLUMNS FOR'. This will help new users to Informix as well as being less to type for everybody else.

Allow indexes to be made invisible to queries

When removing unused indexes the first step we want is to be able to make index invisible to queries similar to the Oracle feature. As the index is still being maintained the rollback to make the index visible to queries is quick.
