Clear license validation cache result for IBM Data Server Driver for JDBC and SQLJ

Based on discussion with IBM Support, when connecting to z/OS via the IBM Data Server Driver for JDBC and SQLJ, the result of license validation is cached for 7 days. We want to be able to invalidate this cached result on demand.

automatically activate a database when DB2 LUW is started

Support of RUNSTATS of range-partitioned tables on single partition
