Add Busting option to Report Views in CA Portal

The Bursting Option for Report Views is only available in Cognos Administration>Schedules tab. Please add this option to Cognos Analytics Portal.

Add command to move data from a chunk to remove it

Add a command , at onspaces or sql task() , to force free a chunk, moving the data to another chunks with available space at same dbspace.With that will allow to exclude the cleared chunk from the dbspace.
