DB2 REST Services support HTTP OPTIONS call

DB2 support HTTP OPTIONS request. At present DB2 does not recognize the OPTIONS request type. Software stacks now are using security feature that for cross domain HTTP requests they issue the HTTP OPTIONS request first.

Option to open report in new tab/window

Reports can be toggled in the Navigation Menu, but the ability to view reports side-by-side would be useful. An option to open the report into a new tab/window would be helpful
