Custom Authentication should be able to be debuged.

SDK Update.

The SDK that ships with Cognos is out of date. An example of this is the cookie UP. This cookie can out in Cognos 11 but it not in the SDK. This is a big problem since the cookie is required to open up the Job screen in 11.2.4 FP 3.
