Drive Explorer - Ability to set preferred date display

In Drive Explorer the current date is displayed as mm/dd/yyyy, however it would be preferable if this was able to be displayed in your preferred format. Drive already displays information in local date and time zone, however not the format.

We are having issues with db2 datasets (Some datasets originally stored as parquet files can not be stored as db2 datasets) while evaluating this new feature. In meantime users can not create new datasets to production.
