Monthly values Controller web

When our customers work with budgets/forecasts in Controller they must enter/import YTD-values instead of monthly values. This is great how it works in Classic. Enter monthly values in specific forms -> storing YTD by adding last month YTD.

Delete All Documents API

Right now if you want to delete all documents, you either need to delete the collection (which could mean code changes to point to a new ID), or you need to write a script to delete every document one by one which is time consuming.
