Availability of DROP SYSTEM PERIOD for System temporal tables.

When a table is defined as a system temporal and the changes need to be reverted for any specific reason - A drop of system period would be needed. This functionality is available in Db2 LUW. Without this, the table has to be dropped and recreated.
