Async lock request wait time in CF shows up in "Not Accounted" in the DB2 Accounting information

Would you mind enhancing the DB2 for z/OS declarations generator DCLGEN to support the generation of host variable arrays which can be used in multi-row operations?

Allow better system wide control over ASUTIME limits

Provide a system wide default ASUTIME value for stored procedures (not NO LIMIT) via a ZPARM parameter. This will allow us to prevent runaway stored procedures (especially those in a tight loop) from running away with the CPU.

Remove the restriction that the FRRECOV to PPRC Primary Volume parameter has to be set before running BACKUP SYSTEM if the ability to restore the DB2 backup to pprc primary volumes using flashcopy might ever be desired.

Implement SMF records to have accounting info about inside statments

DB2 just counts the outside statement in its accounting report. It ignores all the inside statements.
