    Possibility for user to select storing dataset as parquet-file or as db2 dataset.

    We are having issues with db2 datasets (Some datasets originally stored as parquet files can not be stored as db2 datasets) while evaluating this new feature. In meantime users can not create new datasets to production.

    Add InSync support to LOAD SHRLEVEL NONE LOG YES. Customer changed the load to SHRLEVEL CHANGE LOG YES. It worked, but the Elapsed Time increase 28% and the CPU consumption increase 821%. Is a huge difference.
