    When using Top x Filter need option to group all other categories

    When charting Top X categories we should give an option to simply group the other categories and display these on the chart as 'Other'. We'd see the Top X pluse one additional 'Other' category. This could be optional to choose to follow this group...

    Function to add "+" at the beginning if the value is a positive number.

    Currently, there is a function to add "-" at the beginning for negative numbers. Similarly, we need the ability to add a "+" at the beginning. Example) 5% → + 5%
