    Function to add "+" at the beginning if the value is a positive number.

    Currently, there is a function to add "-" at the beginning for negative numbers. Similarly, we need the ability to add a "+" at the beginning. Example) 5% → + 5%

    TRANS NID for spanish NIF/NIE should accept 9 characters
