    Select Cases - allow ability to change default option of hiding unselected cases in Data View

    SPSS 28 automatically hides cases that don't meet the selection criteria in Data View. There is an option to show unselected cases (like in older versions) but you have to set it each time a new instance of SPSS is opened.
