For implictly defined XML object, explicitly define TS/IX names

For XML objects, if implicitly defined, provid a way to supply the TS name, IX name, STOGROUP, SEGSIZE, DSSIZE and BUFFERPOOL. The other parameters can be updated using the ALTER statement.
