Set DB2 ZPARMs TSQTY and IXQTY to -1

Please would it be possible to set the DB2 for z/OS ZPARMs, TSQTY and IXQTY, to -1? Virtually all of our tablespaces and indexspaces are created with a PRIQTY and SECQTY of -1. It would be really useful to set the default values for TSQTY and IXQ...
