Clicking on Save button in reports throws error for users without save permission on report folder

Cognos throws error when user clicks on save button after interacting with report. User doesn't have access to save report in the same folder. Cognos should throw a warning message rather than error.

Open the book with the comment

When I open a book and someone else is editing that book, I want to see a message that the book is being edited. (When I edit a book and want to save it, I notice when someone else opens and edits the same book at the same time)

Delete books or views

If I delete a book or view by mistake, I have no chance to recover it. (it will be deleted forever, I need recycle bin for PAW)

Allow sorting of scheduled reports by Name

Custom URLs for Cognos Analytics cannot be created for Excel files published by Cognos for Microsoft Office

Cognos for Microsoft Office can be used to publish Excel files to Cognos Analytics. The published files are not reports and the custom URLs currently cannot handle access to the published files. The files also do not have share/embed functionality
