Search and Select Select Prompt Options Criteria

Currently, the search and select prompt search options are defaulted to 'Starts with any of these keywords'. we would like to have an option in the reports builder to decide which of the options should be defaulted.

Add API to trigger schedules

For a long time Cognos has had the ability to trigger schedules using the trigger.bat utility. This however is very ouydated and impractical to run in orchestrators such as Apache Airflow. I wish for an API that can be called to trigger schedules.
