Need IDAA on z to support dynamic routing

We need the IDAA on z LPAR to have the ability to support dynamic routing. When connecting to z/OS LPARs on the same CEC using Hipersockets and OSA cards, IDAA is unable to determine the proper route to send data back to z/OS.
