Hardware utilization by hostgroup

Currently in LSF explorer, hardware utilization report exist. In this report one hostname can only have one hostgroup. However in practical scenario one LSF host could belong to multiple hostgroups and we need reporting for each hostgroup.

Add regular expression filtering for Job Name, Project, and Job Group for searching for jobs

Presently, filtering by wildcard in LSF is only supported in two location, and that filtering is quite limited. It would be nice to extend that filtering to regular expressions and extend it to key fields like project name.
