Resizing 'Select and Search' prompt and 'Change' default option

For Cognos Analytics 11.0.6 version I want to be able to increase the size for the "select and search' prompt(prompt layout size on the prompt page) and want that default option would be as 'Contains any of these keywords'.

Currently Cognos Analytics 11 does not support any Application Server other then the included Websphere Liberty Profile.
