Make Export add a column header row to output

Export is often used to download data from a Db2 Server to a user's workstation where they then look at it in excel.

Server and cube displayed in PAx Quick Reports

What server a quick report is connected to isn't obvious. A new row should be added above the sandbox reference that indicates the server and the cube that the quick report is based off of, similar to the VIEW statement in Perspectives slice reports.

Canadian Data Centre for Cognos On-Demand
