    Allow file:// links in PAW

    Buttons in Workspace only accepts http:// links as valid hyperlink targets. It would be nice it the button also allowed us to enter file:// links.

    In TM1 Architect, when editing a chore, it's possible to select to either run the Chore Time in Local Server Time or UTC Time. Can the same toggle button be added to Workspace in order to replace Architect fully.
