Date when user added into particular group

We would like to know when each user got access to Cognos. Currently when we add users into user group, we can see the user names only. We would like to see the date when individual user got added.

Assume I have a Bar Chart that includes a YEAR filter for 2 years of Data. At run time a User can Delete that FILTER and change what I want as permanent FILTER for that WIDGET.
